[MlMt] Adding S/MIME certificates to keychain from signed messages

There should be a “Show Details” button in the message view if you 
have not enabled “Hide security status banner for trusted senders” 
in the Security preferences pane. The sheet shown when clicking on this 
button should have an “Add to Keychain” button. (There are no hidden 
preferences or key binding selectors to do this.)
