It 
[appears](http://support.wunderlist.com/customer/portal/questions/1090348-integrate-with-apple-mail-) 
that Wunderlist does not support AppleScript or a URL scheme to add 
tasks using scripting. The only option therefore is the [email 
interface](http://support.wunderlist.com/customer/portal/articles/59709-mail-to-wunderlist-mail2task). 
There are still some limitations in MailMate which prevents fully 
automating this approach.

So, in short, the current answer is no.
