[MlMt] Viewing Tags on different computers

I'm not sure what I should be seeing. I know that the list of tags in 
the activity monitor is not the complete list available (that I've added 
to the properties) or that are currently working. Here are the responses 
for the primary account (filtered the viewer output, these are for each 
of the sub accounts/folders)

So these responses do not list all the tags, even those I see in 
messages.

Is there a place I can see the tags in the raw source? I can't seem to 
find them.
