[MlMt] iCloud connection issues via MM

I have an iCloud account for testing and that seems to work fine. My 
best guess is that it is somehow related to the account settings. 
Apple's recommended settings can be found 
[here](http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4864). Note the part about the 
username.

The strange thing is that MailMate does not show you any errors. This is 
a sign that MailMate thinks it could be a temporary connection problem. 
You could try opening the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0) and see if you can 
find any hints to what the problem is.
