[MlMt] Search and the Junk folder

Because most often you would not want to match messages in Junk (at 
least that is my assumption). MailMate also ignores deleted messages by 
default. In both cases you can force MailMate to search the folders by 
holding down ⌘ and then select Junk/Deleted Messages.
