[MlMt] Can "Displayed Count" for an IMAP account be told to ignore messages in Trash?

The latest test version can do this. You can use that to add conditions
like “Source ▸ Path is not [Gmail]/Trash” to the account under
SOURCES (I assume it's Gmail).
Feedback is welcome. Also about other use cases (or problems) with this
feature.
