[MlMt] option + forward button

Hi!

When I want to forward an HTML email, by default it takes the text format,
or transform it in text format, then quote. But it's usually not what I
want to do, so I need to go in the menu and do "Forward as attachment"
Would you think it would be a good idea to have something like option +
click on forward button, to do the same thing, but quicker than going in
the menus?
