There is no way to automatically synchronize smart mailboxes (but quite 
often requested). You can do it manually though by quitting MailMate on 
both source and destination machine and then copy this file:

	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist

The same can be done for some of the other `.plist` files in that folder 
(for example, tags and signatures).

Note that the `~/Library` folder is 
[hidden](http://www.macworld.com/article/2057221/how-to-view-the-library-folder-in-mavericks.html) 
on recent versions of OS X.
