Thanks very much.  I know they're not very standard, but I like to 
manipulate them as a form of passive aggression against colleagues who 
need to calm down.

They send things through with "High" all the time to get extra attention 
(Exchange users) and in Mail.app I'd always change it to "Low" to let 
them know they're not as important as they thought they were.
