[MlMt] Deleting messages with a substring in the subject

I get mail messages about bugs and code-collabs that have an ID in the 
subject (e.g. "Review #993122"), but otherwise the subjects are 
different. I'd love a way to delete them all at once. Does anyone have 
any ideas on whether that's possible? I'm guessing at the very least it 
would require creating a special specifier ala the 
<http://lists.freron.com/mailmate/2014-March/002252.html> one for 
FogBugz.
