[MlMt] have a "send all" in menu bar icons context menu

Its basically awesome.

I have mail mate auto delay my mails 10 minutes - managed to catch 
errors in mails and avoid sending mails that shouldn't be sent.

But sometimes I just want to empty my queue and get stuff to all the 
receivers.
