[MlMt] select a default "from" email address

so this hasn't been working for me because (i think?) my username is 
user at domain.com so the string looks like: 
imap://justin@domain.com@imap.server.com

i've tried reloading mailmate after setting this preference but it 
doesn't work.

any other tips? i'm using 4025. thanks.
