Yes, if you mean to be able customize how messages are styled when you 
see them. No, if you mean what the recipient will see.

For the 'yes'-answer then you have found the solution yourself. You can 
put your CSS styling in the file stated above. In general:

	~/Library/Application 
Support/MailMate/Resources/MmMessagesWebView/stylesheet.css

Hmm, I don't seem to be able to reproduce that. If I understand you 
correctly then you cannot do this (copy/pasted from above):

	<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" 
href="file:///Applications/MailMate.app/Contents/Resources/MmMessagesWebView/stylesheet.css"/>

But that seems to work fine for me?
