[MlMt] Are 'rootOfThread:' and 'showThread:' the same action?

The main difference is that `rootOfThread:` selects the root message if 
it is present in the current mailbox. It is only when it is *not* 
present that MailMate searches for and displays the thread (only in the 
most recent test versions).
