[MlMt] Handling “[Gmail]/All Mail” gracefully

When has a message the flag:? label:? “Archive”?

not in Inbox?
not in Spam?
not in Trash?

Has a sent message the label/flag “Archive?”

I use 2 little Google App Scripts to re-label all messages.

It’s not used by default yet and I haven’t tested it, but theoretically I
think it would work to assign All Mail to be the Archive mailbox (setting
“Archive” as Mailbox Type for “[Gmail]/All Mail” mailbox). Feedback is
welcome :-)
