[MlMt] New message window position not working on Mavericks

I'm not sure if its only me, but the new message window position does 
not seem to be remembered on Mavericks. Worked correctly before upgrade. 
Installed latest test version and its the same.

BTW, I tried opening a ticket on lighthouse, but it said my message was 
marked as spam (?)
