[MlMt] Unread Messages and Junk State

I assume you mean the unread folder? Try double-clicking the mailbox and 
see which mailboxes it is based on.

Also, by default Unread contains anything but messages from the 
designated trash and junk folders. Being marked as junk is not enough. 
They have to be located in a junk folder. You can change that by 
changing the conditions of the Unread mailbox (exclude anything with the 
$Junk flag enabled).

If you cannot resolve this issue then send me this file:

	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist
