[MlMt] Question on 'MmDynamicSignatureMethod' preference

Thanks Benny. I'll give this a try. Somehow I thought MailMate might
just take my default signature for the account and 'shorten' it for
replies. I've now added shortened signatures and will start using those
for replies to see how this works out.
