There is currently no such wiki. With respect to a FAQ then I might be
the only who really knows what the most frequent questions are :-)

It would be nice if someone created a wiki.

Any pages I maintain/host myself (like a future FAQ) I would prefer to
be static web pages created from Markdown. Maybe I should just add a
FAQ-page to the manual (which I write in Markdown). In addition to
“Use as Default Search” I would also add the following to the FAQ:

* How do I expand an entire thread?

Hold down ⌥ when clicking on a triangle or when using the arrow key
to expand. This is a standard Mac OS X feature. Also note that the
navigation shortcuts in the “Message” menu automatically expands
threads, for example, when using ⌥⌘⇣ to go to the next unread
message.

* How do I change the font used for some part of the user interface?

Change focus to the part of the user interface you want to change and
then Use “Format ▸ Show Fonts” to open the fonts panel. Now set
your preferred font and font size.

* How do I put the caret/signature at the top/bottom of a reply?

	...

Candidate questions are welcome, but note that some/many questions may
be better phrased as feature requests which aim to make the questions
obsolete.
