[MlMt] Reply All in compose window

Hello,

I often forget to hit "Reply All" when composing a reply. In Apple Mail, 
I can hit a "Reply All" button in the composer window (which then 
toggles to "Reply"). In MailMate I have to close the composer window and 
start again. A minor annoyance buy still one that I'm caught by several 
times a day. Does anyone have a workaround? Or is this a feature 
request?
