[MlMt] Reply-To broken in r3502?

I tried replying to a message today with a syntactically valid Reply-To
today and was startled to see that MM ignored it, putting the "From" of
the original in the To field and not even popping up the dialog that
sometimes offers reply options. The only unusual thing about this
message is that it was programmatically generated by a CGI behind a web
contact form which protects against backscatter spam by using one local
address in both the From and To headers and as the SMTP envelope sender
and recipient (causing the local mail system to put it in Return-Path
and X-Original-To as well.)

I have not yet tested with other messages, but since my own MM config is
the product of many untracked customizations under the hood across many
versions, it is conceivable that I've found some odd corner case
specific to my rig. Has anyone else on the list noticed this?
