[MlMt] moveToMailbox keybindings w/ Gmail-hosted IMAP

Ted,

   I've never created any subfolders within Gmail, so I can't comment on 
the behavior there.  I actually only use the Inbox. Anything I need to 
keep, I archive locally in a MySQL database using MailSteward Pro :)

  You are correct on the nested keybindings.  I personally don't use 
them at the moment, but I see them as useful for grouping like 
keybindings together.
