Thanks, Ed. I'd completely failed to see that button.

(Benny: this could be made more explicit in the otherwise good
documentation. I wonder if there should be a new page dedicated to "Using
MailMate with Gmail"? It would list the subscription changes, key bindings
and other possibilities and oddities. You have most of this already, but
bringing together into one place would be good.)
