[MlMt] Multiple copies of 'same' item showing in folders

Hello.

Under the Menu path:
File->Edit IMAP Account->AcctName
a window will open.  Select 'Edit Subscriptions' from that window.

OR

Control-click on the account's name in the Sources listing and access 
that same window.
