[MlMt] Conditions for NOT something?

I keep finding myself wanting to filter a smart mailbox by NOT 
something. E.g.

	All items with a list-id that are not in the following mailbox.

There doesn't seem to be a way to do it in the UI? Is there a way to do 
it in the configuration file? Or using a combination of smart folders?
