[MlMt] Looong delays when MailMate talks to SpamSieve

I also see delays. Messages take long time to show.

One more thing I notice already long time ago is that after a new 
version of MailMate instal itself if I just let it run it takes more and 
more processor power. Quitting and restarting fixes it.
