[MlMt] cursor jumping around when mousing over header fields (from, subject, date)

I don't see any stuttering on my machines (Lion and Leopard). I don't 
have Mountain Lion installed yet, so I cannot test that. Does anyone 
else experience this problem (on any OS version)?
