[MlMt] copy markdown from a message?

You could copy the Markdown from the source of the message (⌘+⌥+u) 
rather than the rendered message.  That'll work as long as it wasn't 
base64 encoded for some reason.  (It will only work on Markdown email, 
not on HTML.)
