[MlMt] Big found in version 1/14(5998)??

Using version 1.14 (5998) with Ventura 13.6.1 and have uncovered a bug.
Under SETTINGS if I set email to be sent from default account, it does not send from that account AT ALL. I have to be sure to check the outgoing email address so that I change it to what I want regardless of the New Message: default account.

Please help? Is there some setting I am missing? Thank you.
