[MlMt] Rules missing in MailMate?

Also note the filter toggle button above the mailbox list. This will dynamically highlight any relevant mailboxes depending on the currently selected settings pane, e.g., if you are on the Rules pane then all of the highlighted mailboxes are the ones with actual rules.
