[MlMt] selectWithFilter to find messages with a tag

Hi all,
I want to make a key binding that does a selectWithFilter to find 
messages with a tag/keyword  (in this case ‘Blue’ )
I’ve searched the docs and this list to no avail… any help 
appreciated.
