[MlMt] Duplicate messages in Sent Items (Exchange account)

FWIW, I’m using an Exchange server and I have this same duplication
issue on a regular basis in my Sent folder. Sometimes even more than two
duplicates. I’ve just gotten used to it. The same duplicates are not
there when I open Outlook or Apple Mail.
