[MlMt] Edit as new message: images / attachments are not embedded anymore

# Summary

When I use "Edit as New message" the attached images are gone


# where

- I click on "Edit as New message..." At a message in the message list / 
message viewer


# what I see

- it opens the message editor
- the images are gone

# what I expected

- images/attachements should be there as the the original message
