The Release Notes State (as of previous Beta Builds) that it’s NOT enabled at startup, so it needs to be enabled at a new version install. There is a way to tell what the status is, however, if you wonder about it.

For each new install or update that would be the case and has been all along while Benny was re-deploying it.
