[MlMt] Sound does not play in MailMate[r6273]

In the past, the MacOS Sound Settings has been the culprit when a new OS is installed. Changes settings have brought this back. Now changes to Sent Sounds and Received messages were reported in r6273, which I have not yet tried.

Running Sequoia and Tahoe, I get both at the time on r6272.
