[MlMt] Sound does not play in MailMate

Using r6273, but this has been happening for some time. When I send a 
message, a sound no longer plays. I can open the Settings and preview 
the sounds, but when actual mail is sent nothing plays. This also occurs 
with rules that contain a criteria to play a sound. The rule will 
execute successfully but the sound will not play.
