[MlMt] How to remove annoying messages from Exchange

Hi Charlie,
Are these by any chance related to diary entries and Microsoft accounts?
I get a lot of similar ones that all relate to those (apparently this is
how MS does diaries behind the scenes). I don't have a solution beyond
using a Rule to dump them out to the bin but I have that problem too;)
