A little bit fancier. Strips out the filename and avoids a potential
shell error for large directories:
cd [message-folder]
find . -name '*.eml' -exec grep -h -m 1 '^Subject: ' {} + | sed
's/Subject: //'
Append the following to remove duplicate subjects:
| sort -su
