[MlMt] winmail.dat not decoded

MailMate 6290 (latest)

At some point in last few months, MailMate stopped decoding winmail.dat 
attachments automatically. Now they are shown as normal attachments. I 
have to manually save them and run them through “TNEF’s Enough” to 
extract the embedded documents.
