[MlMt] keybindings for Cc: and Bcc:

Hi Henry,

No key binding needed for these. They should be on by default — see 
[the Compose section of the 
manual](https://manual.mailmate-app.com/compose).

There may be key binding commands to enable, though I don’t know them. 
I offered the built-in commands as an easy alternative (especially 
because the OP suggested they didn’t know a lot about key bindings).
