[MlMt] Can’t reorder accounts in the ‘Sources’ section anymore

I could not reproduce this. I'm not sure if it could be related to macOS release, but also keep in mind that the drag destination point is important, that is, you have to drag to a specific horizontal area to get the drag destination line to show up. That might feel like you have to drag to the left, but that depends on where you started the drag.

(I'm actually not sure why this is the case and it could be considered a bug.)
