[MlMt] Can’t reorder accounts in the ‘Sources’ section anymore

FWIW, I find that to re-order sources in the left panel, I also have to 
drag them left. It's not enough to click and hold a thing and drag it up 
or down, I also have to drag it left. This doesn't apply to mailboxes, 
just sources, I don't know why. Worth a try, anyway.
