[MlMt] Release notes from 6065 to 6067?

No. Most of the changes were related to the new licensing model which 
also required a coordination of changes in MailMate, the server 
(freron.com), and the MailMate store (Fastspring). There might have been 
a few bug fixes to MailMate functionality, but nothing important.

Current beta revision is r6222 (note that I bumped to r6200 directly 
from r6068 for my own weird historical reasons).
