[MlMt] Crashing on bad source

I lost access to one of the IMAP accounts I had set up in MailMate. I tried to remove the source, but it fails to force delete messages, and I'm unable to remove it. Even though it's now offline, every time I start MailMate, it asks me to use "microsoftonline.com" to sign in. Cancelling that dialog, or hitting continue and then closing the browser window, causes MailMate to crash immediately.

I'm assuming this is related, but I'm having a very hard time getting my other accounts to function normally. Things sit in my Drafts folder for hours, and new messages only come in sporadically.

How can I clean this mess up?
