[MlMt] Copying the "From" address

There are so many different ways to get an email address in MailMate. Let's use one way that corresponds with your screen sho.

Click on the From menu, move to the bottom of the menu items and select "Customise...". A dialog open with the current email address selected. Copy and use it as you like.
