Thanks for the kind words regarding my post.

I have one issue with Dovecot 2.4.0+ that maybe someone on this list has a fix for.

From time to time the Dovecot server gets unresponsive and needs a restart. Almost every week or so. I notice it when I get "spinners" for the affected mailboxes. The MailMate activity viewer show connection closed messages.
