In general, I try to make sure MailMate works with new updates to macOS. In recent years, it has not required a lot of work, but it's always hard to say in advance. I did try running MailMate on a Tahoe beta shortly after its release and I did not see any major issues.

That said, MailMate does not support every new feature Apple introduces and some times it takes many years before I adopt a new library/framework or design change. Some times it never happens, e.g., the current icon is now 2 general “design changes” old.
