[MlMt] How to archive mail to save server space, but keep local copies?

Hi John,
Thanks for sharing the EagleFiler link – I really appreciated it!
Since you mentioned you use it, I’d love to ask a couple of quick
questions if you don’t mind. I’m currently testing EagleFiler to
archive around 220,000 emails (roughly 100 GB total). I noticed the
indexing process is quite slow on my side — I’m attaching a
screenshot so you can see what I mean.
Do you have any tips on how you structure your archive? How do you
usually organize your files? Also, is the initial indexing always this
slow for large libraries, or is there something I could tweak to improve
performance?
Any best practices or insights would be very helpful. Thanks again if
you’re able to share some of your experience!
Best regards,
Luís Trevisan
