[MlMt] Hiding "Mailboxes"

This was never designed to work that way, but I cannot say I've given it 
much thought. It's just the default state. It would seem wrong if it 
also selected the same mailboxes/messages etc., but it might make sense 
to reuse the set of expanded/collapsed mailboxes.
