[MlMt] Losing keyboard focus on message body after downloading external resources

I've noted to look into this, but if it's not an easy fix then it will likely have to wait until I've re-implemented the “banners”. Currently, they use HTML views which is resource-heavy and not really necessary (it's HTML for historical reasons more than by design).
